Since every web site is different and unique, it's very difficult to give an exact price of a web site.
 
Many factors have to be considered before the development process can begin. Some things to keep in mind are:
 
Do you have a domain name?
Do you have a web host?
Do you have your own images and graphics?
Do you have your own business logo?
Do you need a database?
Do you want animation?
Do you need an external file such as .PDF?
Do you have a budget for this project?
What content do you want to have on your pages?
Who will be visiting your web site?
What colours do you want to reflect your business?
